Booking Policies

These Booking Policies apply to services booked with Scene & Seen LLC.
Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. Dates are reserved only after required agreements are signed and required payments are received.
Consultations
Consultations may be required before booking to discuss the service, vision, timeline, budget, and project needs.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be listed in your proposal or agreement.
No date, service, or project is confirmed until the deposit is paid and the agreement is signed.
Payments
Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule listed in the agreement. Late payments may delay services, project timelines, or event preparation.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If a client cancels after work has started, additional fees may apply based on work already completed, materials purchased, or time reserved.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is based on availability. Additional fees may apply for date changes, last-minute changes, vendor changes, travel changes, or rushed timelines.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, inspiration, venue rules, deadlines, and required materials on time.
Delays in client communication or approvals may affect the final timeline or service delivery.
Vendors and Venues
Scene & Seen LLC may recommend vendors or venues, but final vendor agreements, payments, and policies may be handled directly between the client and vendor unless otherwise stated.
Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply for events or projects outside the standard service area. Out-of-state event inquiries are welcome, and travel fees will be discussed during the proposal process.
Changes to Services
Any requested changes after booking may affect pricing, timeline, or availability.
